rapidSTORM 3.2 is released and available for download. rapidSTORM 3.2 is primarily a bug fix release, with improvements in the alignment fitter algorithm and a bead-based drift correction output.

rapidSTORM 3.0 is released and available for download.

rapidSTORM 3.0 is characterized by a major refactoring of the simparm GUI interface and a change of the default GUI to wxWidgets. Also, the plugin system was dropped in favour of a monolithic executable. These actions allow much simpler packaging, a cleaner GUI and a general cleanup.

Beginning from 3.0, the use of the Twiddler Java GUI is neither the default nor encouraged. You won't need to install a Java Runtime Environment.

While rapidSTORM 3.0 is a major rewrite behind the scenes, the user interface should have changed only minimally, and the feature set is almost identical (the little-used feature #47 was dropped). However, we deem some banana testing necessary, and thus a major version number was assigned.

rapidSTORM 2.21 is released and available for download.
