Scientific workshops at the Julius von Sachs Institute at the Dallenberg campus

In the Scientific Workshop at Dallenberg, precision mechanical and electronic research and experimental apparatus is planned, developed and built in coordination with the scientists of the Biocenter. Furthermore, the research apparatuses are also maintained, checked for safety and repaired.

In the Scientific Workshop at Dallenberg, precision mechanical and electronic research and experimental apparatus is planned, developed and built in coordination with the scientists of the Biocenter. Furthermore, the research apparatuses are maintained, checked for safety and repaired.
The skills and equipment of the central workshop are also available to other areas of the university. Among other things, the precision mechanics department has a guillotine shear up to 1000 mm wide, a thermoplastic bending machine and a CNC lathe. Members of the Julius von Sachs Institute can place orders with the workshop via our order form. Other interested parties please contact the workshop management via the contact address.
