Blood donation

Blood donors wanted!

For our research on the interaction of the innate immune response with pathogens we are looking for blood donors. In order to carry out our experiments, we are dependent on fresh blood samples from which we can isolate white blood cells.

For this reason we need your help!

We are looking forward to healthy blood donors from all age groups. The blood collection takes place at the Biocentre and is performed by trained staff usually between 8-10am. A maximum of 36ml (3-4 tablespoons) is taken. The donation is compensated with an expense allowance. Multiple donations (at intervals) are possible.
