Curriculum Vitae
Since 2021 | PhD Student Center for Computational and Theoretical Biology (CCTB), University of Würzburg, Würzburg, Germany Project: Collective Motion of Trypanosoma |
2021 | Master Thesis Center for Computational and Theoretical Biology (CCTB), University of Würzburg, Würzburg, Germany Project: Collective Motion of Trypanosoma Working on applications and better understanding of the Vicsek model. The Vicsek model is an agent based model which creates phases of collective movement solely through the simple rules for the single agents. In particular, the goal is to reproduce real movement patterns of Trypanosoma brucei in order to better understand the nature of their movement and interaction. |
2017 - 2021 | Master of Science in Physics University of Würzburg, Würzburg, Germany Thesis: "Extension of the Vicsek Model to Different Geometries and Application to Trypanosomes" |
2018 - 2019 | Erasmus Exchange University of Umeå, Umeå, Sweden |
2013 - 2017 | Bachelor of Science in Physics University of Würzburg, Würzburg, Germany |
